Sometimes, you may have feedback that is specific to a certain document. To make it easier for you to explain the issue or feature request, we allow you to provide feedback directly from the Data Entry Companion. The advantage being that we will make sure we have some of the information required to better understand and replay the issue. This includes the uuid, a screenshot (optional).
