Role-based guides

The Contract.fit platform was designed to be employed by different types of users within your business. For a quick tutorial of this platform directly targeted at your position, we created these role-based guides so that you do not have to go through the comprehensive guide. Instead, you will be linked to only the essential sections (tailored per role) of the comprehensive guide.

While there are different kinds of roles depending on the company, there are three roles that come up the most frequently: operators, administrators, and developers.

• Start as an operator : As an operator, you are typically a user who reviews incoming communications and documents for your company to extract the right information from them. You use the Contract.fit solution to annotate and check the machine learning model's predictions.

• Start as an administrator : As an administrator, you manage your teams and facilitate their use of the Contract.fit solution. This function consists of but is not limited to controlling the settings and permissions to make reviewing for operators as efficient as possible.

• Start as a developer : As a developer, you are mostly concerned with the integration of the solution and setting up of the infrastructure.
