The most common way of integrating is by directly integrating the API, for both input (upload) and output, but other option are available as can be found on this page https://alfredo.contract-q.fit/#/studio_integrations:

API: input (for possible input file types, see Supported file types) and output (JSON by default)
Email: input (IMAP, automatically reads out an email inbox) and output (SMTP, sends the results via email)
Files: input (SFTP) and output (direct download, f.e. excel)
Servicebus: input
On top of these generically available and easily configurable integrations, we have some additional customised integrations that are configured. These include Dropbox, SFTP for output, enrichment via custom API calls and sending the results via custom API output. These can not set up independently without our support.
