Users
This page displays all the current users with their respective usernames, passwords (depending on your role may or may not be hidden), role, and inbox (for inbox only roles).
You will be able to change your password by clicking on the link [change password] under the password column. The procedure is identical to the one mentioned in Welcome starting from the pop-up page.
Editing users
Add a user: Click on the green button on the bottom right corner of the page. Fill out the pop-out form with all the necessary information. Submit the form by clicking “confirm”.
Update role: Click on the user’s role that you want to change to open a dropdown menu. Select the new role and then click on the yellow button on the bottom right corner of the page to update users.
Update inbox: Click on the user’s inbox that you want to change to open a dropdown menu. Select the new inbox and then click on the yellow button on the bottom right corner of the page to update users.
Remove a user: Tick the box beside the user that you would like to remove. Then, click on the red box on the bottom right corner of the page.
